Acceptance of terms

By using Spentence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Spentence is a personal tool for recording and reviewing your own income and expenses. It isn't financial, tax or investment advice.

Your data

Your data lives only on your iPhone, so keeping it safe is up to you: we have no copy and can't recover it. Make backups, and keep them somewhere other than this iPhone.

Exchange rates

The exchange rates are a fixed starting set and the ones you enter. They're never updated automatically and may differ from the rate you actually got, so check converted amounts that matter.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

Availability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change, or stop being available, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. That includes lost data and any decisions you make based on the figures it shows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms with an app update. Using the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
